“I Will Become a Modeling Designer Recognized and Respected by Everyone”

Kim Hyun Jin
I first became interested in visual graphics through the field of product modeling. During middle and high school, I participated in inventor activities, where I created blueprints to explain my inventions. Through this process, I became deeply interested in visualizing and developing my ideas into something concrete. Later, in university, I began using 3D software and discovered how exciting it was to move beyond drawings and bring products to life in three dimensions. This experience naturally led me into the world of visual graphics and 3D modeling.
I was especially inspired by games such as The Evil Within and Resident Evil, which introduced me to software like Autodesk Maya and ZBrush. I also became fascinated by projects that combine virtual technology and advanced graphics, which motivated me to pursue this field more seriously.
No matter how long I spent working through the night, modeling was always something I genuinely enjoyed and found exciting. When I think about my future, I cannot imagine myself not working in modeling or giving up the opportunity to continue learning and improving in this field.
Wanting to study visual graphics more deeply, I chose SF Film School after receiving recommendations from mentors around me and researching online. I was impressed by the school’s curriculum, which explained that even students without a related major could receive professional training from beginner to advanced levels. Looking through the students’ portfolios also convinced me that I could achieve outstanding results if I studied there.
When I finally visited the campus, I felt both excited and nervous. Seeing the large building I had only seen online made me realize that I was finally standing in the place I truly wanted to attend. Unlike other academies, SF Film School had specialized classrooms divided by 분야, seminar rooms, and especially a motion capture studio where students could gain hands-on experience. These facilities strengthened my desire to study there even more.
What impressed me the most during the consultation process was the sincerity of the instructors and staff. Even though I was not yet a student, they took the time to explain not only how to study effectively, but also the mindset needed for success and the different career paths available in the industry.
When I received the acceptance notice, I realized that I had taken one step closer toward achieving my dream. At the same time, it reminded me that I needed to work even harder from that point forward.
I will become a modeling designer whom everyone can recognize and respect. Now that I have been accepted with this goal in mind, I will do my best to put it into action. I will sincerely participate in every class and activity at SF Film School and continue striving harder than anyone else until the very end.
