“I Want to Pour Everything I Have into Creating My Work.”
Park I Won

While thinking seriously about my future career path, I once visited an exhibition at Arte Museum. Until then, I had mainly been interested in the game industry and only dreamed of creating fantasy worlds and spectacular visuals. However, after experiencing the exhibition, I realized that what truly fascinated me was the ability to create immersive visual effects and dramatic experiences that emotionally impact people.

As I searched for more information about Arte Museum, I also learned about d'strict, which broadened my perspective and deepened my interest in motion graphics and visual media.

Wanting to discover what suited me best, I continued searching for videos related to VFX and eventually came across SF Film School. After seeing the high-quality portfolios created by graduates and learning about the school’s educational system, I became eager to receive counseling and learn more about the program.

During the first interview, the director’s explanations resonated with me deeply. I was genuinely grateful for how clearly and sincerely everything was explained, allowing me to understand so many important aspects within such a short amount of time. This left a very strong impression on me.

I also appreciated the structure of the second interview and the reflective writing process. It felt like an opportunity to look back on myself once again and reaffirm my passion and determination. Because of this, I found the experience incredibly meaningful and motivating.

I am truly happy to have been accepted. More than simply “working hard,” I want to devote everything I have into creating my work and growing as an artist.

The career plan I had envisioned for myself was to spend up to two years fully preparing for employment by creating a complete and polished portfolio. After that, I hope to first work at a company in Korea, where I can build professional experience and deepen my technical knowledge, before eventually pursuing opportunities overseas.
