"I will do my best and work hard to become a skilled artist."

Jin Mi Ju
Watching movies and animations has always been my biggest hobby—to the point where I could say it is my only real hobby. While thinking about my future career path, I often looked into the companies behind the works I loved. During that process, I discovered professions such as VFX artists and animators. The idea of creating with my own hands the kinds of things I had always enjoyed inspired me deeply, and I became certain that I wanted to learn and work in the VFX field.
I have always wanted to turn something I truly enjoy into my career, and I felt confident that VFX was a field where I could work passionately and wholeheartedly. After that, I started searching for ways to learn VFX and eventually discovered SF Film School.
After carefully reading through SF Film School’s website and watching the works created by its graduates and students on YouTube, I realized how outstanding their skills were. Among many VFX academies, SF Film School felt like the most trustworthy choice. I believed that if I studied here, I could truly become a skilled artist, and I strongly felt that I wanted to learn in this environment. With that in mind, I applied for a consultation and attended the first interview.
After the consultation, I received a simple introduction to SF Film School and had the opportunity to tour the facilities. This experience made me want to study here even more and strengthened my trust in the school. Additionally, the first and second interview process felt unique and interesting because it was something I had never experienced with other academies before.
In particular, the questions in the second interview increased my trust in the school even further. For example, I believe that teamwork requires people to have a certain level of ambition and motivation to achieve better results together. I thought that selecting students through this kind of process would naturally create a hardworking and positive learning environment. Thinking about being surrounded by people who share the same passion already makes me excited for the classes.
When I first applied to SF Film School, I only had a dream and a vague aspiration. But now, it feels like I am already taking a step closer toward that dream, which makes me both excited and happy.
As an accepted student, I will continue to work hard and do my best to become a skilled artist and successfully achieve my goal of employment as well. Fighting!
