SF Film School went to SIGGRAPH2019 held at LOS ANGELES. SF Film School was invited as a representative of the CG & VFX field in Korea to 'SIGGRAPH 2019 LA', an event for CG people around the world, and installed a booth and exhibited their works. Many foreign practitioners and university students came to the booth to appreciate the graduation color works of the institute and repeatedly admired and praised them. Today, teacher Bobby Jeong, who has participated in many Hollywood films as a Modeling Texture Artist in the overseas film field for a long time, conducted an overseas seminar of SF Film School, which specializes in overseas Modeling Technique. It was a seminar where you could learn about the modeling pipeline and production know-how of Hollywood companies through teacher Bobby Jeong, who has extensive experience working in various fields such as Hollywood Movie, TV, Drama, and Game. After the seminar, if you proceeded to confirm the portfolio of the students, he gave you various advice and parts to be supplemented. SF FILM SCHOOL has been honored to participate as a representative of the Korean CG & VFX field in "Siggraph 2019", an event for CG people around the world. We are proud to represent the Korean CG&VFX industry and educational institutions, and during the Siggraph event, we are going to introduce Asian CG technology beyond Korea to CG people around the world. SF Film School has already been recognized for its systematic education system and graduates' CG skills through continuous meetings with Hollywood practitioners for 19 years. In this SIGGRAPH event, many major Hollywood companies will participate in the job fair, so portfolios will be received on the spot and interviews will be held, so graduates from the school also participated. We expect good results for graduates who challenge overseas employment. The Rookie Awards is an overseas competition held every year since 2010. For amateur artists and students studying film CG, animation, games, virtual reality, motion graphics, etc. around the world, mainly in North America and Europe This is a comprehensive computer graphics competition. In the ongoing overseas competition 'The Rookie Awards 2019', SF Film School's Beom-soo Lee, Tae-hwa Hwang, Jung-won Kim, Kim Jung-eun, and Dong-gyun Park were all selected for the Draft.
