Scanline VFX, acquired by the global streaming company Netflix, is an award-winning visual effects studio that produces innovative projects with more than 1,400 artists across seven major locations worldwide.
Recently, the Branch Manager and Director of Scanline VFX Korea visited SFFS to share detailed insights into the company, its global recruitment process, and real-world production environments. THE FOUNDRY (Head Specialist)

The Foundry is a global leader based in London, UK, developing innovative software for the creative industries across digital design, media, and entertainment. For over the past two decades, Foundry’s solutions—including Nuke—have enabled world-class visual effects work across film, advertising, television, and the performing arts.
Recently, Nathalie Bergeron, Director at The Foundry, visited SFFS to personally review the portfolios of graduates and praised their exceptionally high level of skill. She also remarked that “with this level of ability, they can certainly succeed internationally,” and expressed her hope for future opportunities to work together on the global stage.

Digidelic Inc. is a creative studio based in Tokyo, Japan, specializing in the production of PVs, websites, music, TV program opening sequences, and a wide range of CG and multimedia content.
Recently, Digidelic’s CEO and manager visited SFFS in person to share detailed insights into the company and its recruitment process, and they highly praised the portfolios of SFFS graduates, even conducting on-site interviews.

The Fridge.TV is a post-production studio based in Belgium, specializing in visual content and growing through creative experience built in real-world production environments. With fresh ideas and outstanding technical expertise, the studio collaborates with a wide range of global clients in the advertising and broadcasting industries, and is highly regarded for its work in visual effects (VFX), motion graphics, and 2D/3D animation.
Recently, the CEO of The Fridge TV Studios visited SFFS and shared that they were deeply impressed by the practice-oriented educational environment and well-structured curriculum. They also highly praised the exceptional quality of work produced by SFFS graduates and expressed their expectation for future opportunities to work together with The Fridge.

C2VFX (Senior Lighting Technical Director, VFX Supervisor)

C2VFX is a full-service visual effects studio with locations in Culver City, California, and South Korea, specializing in high-end 3D and 2D compositing and detailed visual work. Founded in 2011 by Anthony Juno Han and Connor Meechan, the studio has earned recognition for its expertise through participation in a wide range of global projects.
Recently, a Co-CEO of C2VFX visited SFFS to share a detailed introduction to the company and its international recruitment process, and expressed deep admiration for the high quality of work produced by SFFS graduates. They also commented that “with this level of skill, they are more than competitive in the global industry,” and shared an encouraging message about the possibility of working together in the United States in the future.

MOFAC STUDIO (Director)

Founded in 1994, Mofac Studio is one of Asia’s leading visual effects studios and has been at the forefront of the Korean VFX industry for nearly three decades. The studio has built a strong reputation for both creative excellence and technical expertise through its work on more than 300 film, drama, and animation projects.
Recently, directors and team leaders from Mofac Studio visited SFFS to share a detailed introduction to the company and its recruitment process, and they highly praised the outstanding skills of SFFS graduates currently working at the studio. They also expressed their hope that many more talented individuals from SFFS will join them in the future.

WESTWORLD (Supervisor)

Westworld is a premium visual effects studio founded in October 2018 by first-generation Korean VFX supervisors. Driven by a pioneering spirit, the studio continues to push the boundaries of visual expression and technical innovation.
Recently, a supervisor from Westworld visited SFFS to provide a detailed introduction to the company and its recruitment approach, noting that SFFS alumni are already demonstrating outstanding capabilities at major studios. They also expressed their hope that many more SFFS graduates will join them in the future and encouraged active applications.

M83 STUDIO (Supervisor)

M83 Studio is a high-end visual studio growing with the goal of advancing CG and VFX technologies to new heights. The studio has continuously expanded its scope by participating in a wide range of film, drama, and animation projects, including Vincenzo, Netflix original Space Sweepers, Okja, The Matchmaker, and King and the Clown. More recently, M83 has further strengthened its technical expertise and vision through major projects such as Project Silence, Noryang: Deadly Sea, and the Netflix series Sweet Home Seasons 2 and 3.
Recently, Director Lee Chan-hwi and supervisors from M83 Studio visited SFFS to share a detailed introduction to the company and its recruitment process, and they highly praised the outstanding skills of SFFS graduates currently working at the studio. Seoul Vision is a comprehensive visual content production company that has accumulated over 30 years of history and expertise since its founding as a post-production studio in 1986. Going beyond traditional post-production, the company has established itself as a total solution provider, offering creative ideas from the planning stage and delivering highly polished results.
Recently, senior managers and team leaders from Seoul Vision visited SFFS to share a detailed introduction to the company and its workflow, and they highlighted the outstanding performance of SFFS graduates currently working at the studio. Since its founding in 2009, Locus Studio has grown rapidly to establish itself as one of Korea’s leading CGI animation and VFX studios. Guided by its philosophy, “Art in Technology,” the studio operates Design, Animation, and R&D Centers, and has developed its proprietary system pipeline, “LOCMANS,” to deliver high-level creative solutions.
Recently, a senior manager from Locus Studio visited SFFS to share a detailed introduction to the company and its recruitment process, and highly praised the outstanding capabilities of SFFS graduates currently working at the studio. STUDIO W.BABA ( Director )

We visited STUDIO W.BABA, a well-known animation studio in Korea, and spent meaningful time meeting with industry professionals through a seminar on the animation production process. This visit provided valuable insight into how the practical skills taught at our institution are applied in real-world production environments.
As one of our alumni is currently working at the studio as a director, we were also able to gain in-depth knowledge about the overall directing process in animation production. Through this visit, our students gained a clearer understanding of the goals they should pursue and how to prepare for employment in the animation industry. The alumnus also praised the high quality of our students’ work and encouraged them to apply to STUDIO W.BABA after graduation.
