There was an announcement of the world educational institution rankings selected by The Rookie, including the history of awards at the Rookie Awards 2021. SF Film School has been ranked number one in the world in the VFX (Visual Effects) category. At the Rookie Awards 2021, we were able to rank first in the world thanks to the shining efforts of many students, including winners and highly commended, dozens of draft selections and exellence selections. Today, SF Film School held a graduation project presentation for graduates Park Myung-sil and Hong Jung-wook. Inspired by the film District 9, Park Myung-sil created an impressive portfolio showcasing detailed sculpting skills through carefully crafted main characters and a spaceship. Hong Jung-wook created a portfolio based on the concept of a “sapsaree dog that hunts ghosts.” We will continue to support both graduates as they grow into world-class artists.

August 2022's Monthly Best goes to Kim Yeon-won, who is creating a portfolio about an icebreaker stranded in a fierce blizzard and a rescue helicopter sent to find it, embarking on a new Arctic expedition together.

On the 12th, at The Rookie Awards 2022, many graduates of our school delivered the news that they were selected until the final round. As many as 23 SF film school graduates were selected as Finalists and showed great skills. And on the 28th, the final results were announced.
