Zhang Ye

Hello everyone. My name is Jang Yeop, and I am from Shandong Province, China.My hometown is Weifang, China. I am currently an international student pursuing a PhD program at the College of Fine Arts at Seoul National University.

I first learned about SF FILM SCHOOL through the 2010 SIGGRAPH exhibition that was held in Seoul last year. Seoul National University also participated in that exhibition, and by chance I came across the SF FILM SCHOOL exhibition booth at the venue. When I visited the SF FILM SCHOOL booth, the staff and instructors kindly introduced the school to me and explained the educational program in detail, which left a very good impression on me. After the exhibition, I wanted to visit SF FILM SCHOOL in person, as I became very curious about it.

When I first visited SF FILM SCHOOL, I felt a strong sense of professionalism. I liked that professional atmosphere so much that I decided to study there. Although my Korean is not very good yet, I have been making an effort to communicate with my classmates in Korean, and now I am enjoying studying together with them. At SF FILM SCHOOL, I am learning professional skills and knowledge starting from the fundamentals.

I sincerely recommend SF FILM SCHOOL to anyone who is interested in the fields of movies, animation, post-production, and VFX.
