Meet Our Accepted Students
“It may sound a bit grand, but I hope to become an artist who leads the way in this era of convergence and integration.”
Heo Seung-beom
I had the opportunity to visit Erik Johansson’s photo exhibition, and seeing how he combines photography with 3D programs to create his work sparked my interest in this field. I felt that this was an area I needed to learn in order to take a step forward in both my personal artistic practice and commercial work.
After searching various places online, I concluded that SF Film School offered the most professional and specialized curriculum, which is why I chose it. Visiting the school, talking with the instructor, and seeing the environment firsthand made me even more confident in my decision.
Although my background is in photography, I don’t want to be confined to that framework. I want to expand into various areas such as installation art, video, and 3D. For that reason, in my most recent group exhibition, I presented not only photographic works but also installation and projection pieces.
It may sound a bit ambitious, but I hope to become an artist who leads the way in this era of interdisciplinary and convergent art.
