Yang Min Ju

While searching for a career path that suited my aptitude, I came across various 3D portfolio videos from different academies on YouTube. For the first time, I strongly felt that I had found something I genuinely wanted to pursue as a profession.

I became especially interested in the visual graphics field because I realized that, if I learned these skills properly, I could also create personal creative videos similar to the impressive works made by overseas artists that I had previously only admired through short-form content online.

As I continued researching careers related to 3D video production, I naturally began learning more about CG and VFX. Among the many portfolios I viewed from different academies, the work from SF Film School stood out the most to me. Rather than feeling like student assignments, the projects looked more like professionally produced films or high-end commercial advertisements. Watching them made me think, “I want to create work like this as well.”

I was also impressed by the fact that the school consistently produces first-place winners in various competitions, which gave me greater confidence and trust in the academy.

After completing my portfolio, my immediate goal is to begin working in Korea. After gaining experience, I plan to improve my language skills, continue developing stronger portfolio projects, and eventually pursue employment opportunities overseas as well.
