"I will become a skilled VFX artist."

While taking special effects courses at university, I studied the history and various types of VFX. Unlike before, when I simply thought of it as “CG,” I came to understand that the field consists of many different areas. Among them, I became particularly interested in matte painting and the creation of natural environments and backgrounds.

After graduating from a film major, I found myself more drawn to post-production work rather than on-set roles. In order to pursue a career related to visual effects, I searched online for VFX academies and came across SF Film School. Seeing the many discussions about the school, along with its awards and the quality of student work on the website, led me to apply.

What stood out to me was that the process involved first and second interviews to understand each student and determine whether they are a good fit for the program. This gave me the impression that it is not just an academy that simply teaches, but one that genuinely considers its students, which built my trust.

After learning about the facilities, overseas employment opportunities, and special lectures offered, I felt confident that I would be able to learn a great deal here. Being selected as an accepted student made me feel a stronger sense of responsibility, especially knowing that the instructors believed I was a good fit for the program.

Moving forward, I will dedicate myself to studying hard and continue working toward becoming a skilled VFX artist.
