Whenever I watched movies, I became increasingly fascinated by how the sense of grandeur, mystery, and spectacle was created through CG and VFX effects. I had already enjoyed working with 2D motion graphics and video editing, and over time I developed a strong desire to learn 3D as well, which ultimately led me to choose this field.

As I visited several academies, I felt that many of them covered too many different subjects without providing specialized education for the specific field I wanted to pursue. Rather than helping students truly understand the concepts, many classes felt more like step-by-step repetition. Because of that, I began searching for an academy specializing in Maya and eventually discovered SF Film School.

Unlike other academies, SF Film School caught my attention because it focused on Maya and provided an educational structure that allowed students to build a strong foundation and progress into advanced courses. I was also very impressed by the systematic curriculum on the website and the small-group educational environment.

I was surprised to learn about the first and second interview process, but I thought it was a very effective system. Other academies often had large classes, making it difficult to receive individual attention or help with missed concepts. In contrast, SF Film School selects students through interviews and teaches in smaller groups, which made me feel that the learning environment would be much more positive and beneficial.

Through the interview process, I was reminded once again that I have always been someone who does not give up easily and consistently sees things through to the end. Since I had no prior experience with 3D, I was extremely nervous and worried that I might not be accepted. However, receiving the acceptance notice made me incredibly happy, and now I feel excited imagining the projects I will be able to create in the future.

I will continue to work hard with consistency and create amazing projects.
