GREENSCREEN
Shooting with a green screen involves filming a person or adding visual effects in front of a solid color. Then, by digitally removing or “keying out” that color, you can drop that scene onto the background of your choice in post-production. Removing the colored background is also referred to as “chroma keying.”

SENSE 3D SCANNER
3D SCANNER
The Sense 3D Scanner from 3D Systems is a portable, full color, three-dimensional scanner for quickly and easily creating 3D models of real-world objects. It has a wide scan volume from small 8 x 8 x 8" items up to 118 x 118 x 118" objects. The Sense also has a convenient working distance of 15 to 60".

3D PRINTER
3D printing, also known as additive manufacturing, is a method of creating a three dimensional object layer-by-layer using a computer created design.
3D printing is an additive process whereby layers of material are built up to create a 3D part. This is the opposite of subtractive manufacturing processes, where a final design is cut from a larger block of material. As a result, 3D printing creates less material wastage.
SHOOTING EQUIPMENT
SLIDER JIB
A jib can be used for getting high or low shots which are difficult for a hand-held camera operator to get, or shots which need to move a short distance horizontally or vertically, without the expense and safety issues of putting a camera operator on a crane for a crane shot or laying track for a camera dolly. A jib can even be mounted on a dolly for shots in which the camera moves over obstacles such as furniture, when a normal dolly shot could not be used.
SHOOTING EQUIPMENT
BOOM MICROPHONE
A boom mic has a highly directional polar pattern and it is positioned at the end of a boom pole. These mics are staples in film and video. They are highly directional (pick up sound where they point to and reject off-axis sounds). Boom mics are often held by an operator, which make them movable during a performance.
