It's hard to believe that after spending so much time learning Maya, the course is already coming to an end. While it's a little disappointing to see it end, there's also a sense of excitement knowing that I've built a solid foundation and gained a strong understanding of the fundamentals.

Since I entered the course with no prior knowledge of 3D graphics, every step felt like a new challenge. There were many moments when I struggled to understand unfamiliar concepts and workflows. Despite those difficulties, I genuinely enjoyed the Maya classes and found the learning process both engaging and rewarding.

One of the biggest reasons I was able to continue moving forward was the support of my instructor. No matter how many questions I asked, I always received detailed explanations and enthusiastic guidance. The patience and dedication shown throughout the course made a significant difference in my learning experience.

Since this was my first time learning 3D, it was very difficult and challenging, but whenever I had trouble understanding something during class, the instructor kindly explained it to me. I also really liked that it was a free and open environment where I could ask questions without hesitation.

Experiences such as visiting the portfolio class, watching motion capture portfolio presentations, and other activities were especially meaningful for someone like me who hasn’t entered the portfolio stage yet, and they motivated me to work harder.

Whenever I had errors or difficulties in Maya, the instructor’s encouragement really helped me a lot, and overall I was very satisfied with the entire course. Thank you very much!

As a non-major with no prior understanding of production concepts, I started this course with very little knowledge, but I truly feel that choosing this academy was the right decision.

I was not a quick learner and often struggled to keep up with the pace of the class compared to other students. Coming from a completely unrelated major, I started learning 3D with a mix of excitement and concern. At first, the classes were so challenging that I even thought about returning to my original field because it was difficult to keep up.

However, through completing assignments, practicing on my own, and asking questions to my instructor, I was able to gradually keep up with the course. Over this long but also short journey, I was able to learn the overall workflow of 3D production, which helped me understand which areas I am more interested in and what I should consider for future projects.

Lastly, I would like to sincerely thank my instructor for teaching everything so carefully and passionately, even when it must have been difficult.

While taking the Maya course, I was able to properly learn 3D software that I had only vaguely understood before, which was a very valuable experience. I came to this academy with the simple thought that 3D programs looked fun and that I should properly learn one from scratch. Even though it was my first time learning the program, the teacher explained everything step by step from the basics until I could understand it well, and we could do the practical exercises right away. It was truly the kind of class I had wanted so much. The lecture was already good, but you made the class progress so fun that I really enjoyed it the whole time haha.

Over a period that feels both long and short, I learned Maya. I spent a longer time thinking about taking on this new challenge than the actual learning period, yet I still feel that there are many areas where I am 부족 and have a lot to improve.

Rather than thinking “I can’t do it because I lack skill,” I realized that there is simply more for me to learn and fill in. If I continue improving those areas, I believe I can keep moving forward.

There are still many courses ahead, and I do feel anxious, but I realize others may also feel the same way, so I want to share those worries with them and move past them together.

One of the most helpful aspects for me was learning more about modeling, which has always been my area of interest. I discovered many tools and features that I had never known before, and that knowledge has been extremely beneficial.

I was also very grateful for the detailed feedback you provided. You always took the time to point out both my strengths and the areas where I could improve, which helped me grow significantly. Looking back, one of the things that benefited me the most was when I asked you to be more critical with your feedback. Since I had been living somewhat in my own bubble, I felt that honest and constructive criticism was exactly what I needed. Rather than brushing off my request, you pushed me to improve, and I believe that played a huge role in my development.

Although it feels a little embarrassing to say, I genuinely think you are an excellent instructor for beginners. You explain everything step by step, share your own experiences, and provide practical tips that make it much easier for newcomers to enter this field without feeling overwhelmed.

Even though I wasn't always able to attend classes in person consistently, your lessons remained engaging and enjoyable all the way through. Considering how easily I tend to lose interest in things, that's saying a lot. I think your classes and guidance will stay with me for a very long time.

I came into this course already having some prior knowledge of Maya. I enrolled because I wanted to study in a more structured and organized way compared to self-study or what I had learned at school.

By following the academy’s curriculum, I was able to learn industry-preferred workflows, including modeling, texturing, and other production processes, as well as useful plugins, which I found very valuable.

The most positive aspect was that whenever I asked questions, the instructor responded quickly and kindly, which allowed me to receive feedback and learn a lot throughout the course.

Moving forward, I hope to refine what I have learned here and use it to create a strong portfolio and eventually get a job at a company I aim for. Thank you.

When learning Maya, many issues can be solved by searching YouTube or other resources. However, in my case, I often didn’t even know what I didn’t know, which made it difficult to ask the right questions in the beginning.

Despite that, I made the effort to ask my instructor whenever I could, and I received feedback that was always clear and tailored to my level, which helped me improve step by step.

Studying alongside my classmates and solving problems together also helped me a lot. After completing the Maya course, I still have much to learn, but I feel that I now have a better understanding of 3D tools and can communicate more effectively with people in the industry.

Before joining the academy, I spent several months trying to learn Maya on my own. During that time, I constantly ran into problems, unexplained errors, and confusing tool options that made the software feel incredibly difficult to understand. No matter how much time I spent searching for solutions, it often felt like I was moving forward very slowly.

Everything changed when I joined SF Film School. Learning Maya from the fundamentals in a structured environment helped me progress much more efficiently than I ever could on my own. Whenever I encountered a problem or had a question, I was able to receive immediate feedback from my instructor, which saved me a tremendous amount of time and frustration.

At first, the curriculum seemed extensive and somewhat overwhelming. However, as I followed each step of the program, I gradually developed a much clearer understanding of the production pipeline and how the different parts of Maya connect together.

This was my first time learning Maya, so I was very worried about whether I could keep up. However, thanks to the instructor’s fast-paced and passionate teaching, I was able to learn a lot.

Also, my classmates were all kind and supportive, so we were able to help and learn from each other, which created a really positive learning environment.

At first, I struggled a lot with things like modeling and beveling and felt like I was the only one falling behind. But after repeatedly practicing both at the academy and at home, I was able to do things much more smoothly than before.

Whenever I didn’t understand something, I would immediately ask the instructor via KakaoTalk or ask during class while reviewing, and I was able to solve many problems that way.

I’m grateful that I was able to complete the Maya course thanks to such a passionate instructor, but I also feel a bit sad that it’s over… I still have a lot to improve on, and I need to work on my portfolio, but I will do my best to become someone who can handle Maya smoothly and confidently, like my instructor!
